Processing & Delivery Times

Orders may require processing before they are shipped. Because our products are made and fulfilled by our trusted fulfillment partner, delivery may take approximately 10–15 business days after your order has been processed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Finetty is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
